Hearing Instrument Specialist

Karen Block born to a father with hearing loss and suffers from hearing impairment herself. She is well aware of the consequences of hearing loss and what it does to the people you are closest to. Her focus is on helping others avoid some of the mistakes her father and she have made along the hearing loss path.

She is a licensed hearing instrument specialist, her focus is on education, evaluation and fitting each patient to their unique individual hearing needs. Karen has helped over 600 people hear better in Georgetown and the surrounding areas.

Karen is a mother of 2 grown children, one is an author and lives in New York City the other is in the film business in Asheville, North Carolina. She has lived in Georgetown, TX for 5.5 years and absolutely loves the area and especially the people.

Insurance Coordinator

Christi is a welcomed partner in our hearing center. Christi is responsible for customer insurance verifications for hearing devices. She coordinates and process insurance claims for the patients and troubleshoots any issues related to these payments

I wanted to recommend Karen Block at Advanced Hearing Aid Solutions for providing such great service in times of incredible stress during this pandemic. My hearing aid went out and I called my company and they were closed. I didn’t know what to do. I then read in Hello Georgetown that Advanced Hearing Aid Solutions was doing drive-up service on any type of hearing aid even if I didn’t purchase from them. I called and scheduled an appointment, Karen met me at my car with gloves and a mask on. She took my hearing aids and brought them back out. One of my earpieces was broken, she called the manufacturer and they overnighted the part. I was up and running by the next day! Great no contact service. When I am in the market for new hearing aids, I will definitely be going to them.
